Returns & Refunds Policy

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. Under this law, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not offer exchanges or store credit for change-of-mind purchases.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for a refund only for change-of-mind purchases under the following conditions:

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

  • Items show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, makeup marks, or perfume

Change-of-mind returns do not apply to:

  • Final Sale items

  • Items damaged due to wear or incorrect care

For approved change-of-mind returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Where a product is deemed to have a major failure under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
Where the issue is considered a minor failure, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with ACL.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept responsibility for items returned without tracking that are lost in transit

  • Items returned that do not meet the above conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense
